

General statement
These Regulations determines safety requirements regarding to the application of services at the recreation club „MOON Spa”, hereinafter Club.
These regulations are binding to all of the physical persons, who utilizes services of the Club, hereinafter Visitors.
The text of Regulations has to be placed in the premises of the Club in a visible and accessible way for Visitors.
The objective of Regulations is to recommend Visitors to apply such a behaviour to prevent any possible risks by using services of the Club and provide respective services in a safe and harmless way.
Considering that the Regulations are placed in Club premises at a visible and accessible way and, considering that the elimination of the risks of using the services depend on the Visitors behaviour, Visitor is fully responsible for the detriment created to his life and health, particularly , if such a behaviour is against the Regulations or Deeds. According to this, owner of the Club is not bearing any responsibility for the Visitors health and life detriment.
General Regulations
If Visitor utilizes Club services, it is assumed that the Visitors health and other conditions correspond to the usage of the respective services.
Entry in the pool and sauna is forbidden for the clients who are in the sick-list with a skin damer and surgical purulence diseases.
Visitors, during visiting a Club premises, has to avoid themselves from any activities, that could place in danger theirs and others life and health.
It is forbidden to leave a children under 12 age at the Club premises without parental supervision. This is due to parents or other persons, who are responsible for a respective child. This person has to take care in a way that the life and health of a child is not in danger and corresponds to the Regulations.
By utilising Club services, the Visitors duty is to follow the instructions of the Administration , related to the safety of the Visitors health and life.
In the case of material damage and hygienic offence the Club administration may take legal action and forbid to visit pool and saunas for the next time.
In case, if by using services , Visitor emerge health problems, Visitor has to ask administration or other persons for the assistance.
It is forbidden to be in a club premises under the influence of the alcohol or narcotics.
Stairs has to be used slowly and carefully.
It is forbidden to bring in the sauna and pool any articles made of glass.
Safety Regulations for a Solarium
It is recommended to have a doctors advice before the Solarium visit, because in some particular cases (asthma, blood circulation diseases) it is not advisable to have a sunbath. Doctors consultancy is recommended, due to eventual side effects in a case if person is taking some medicine.
A Visitor has to be sure regarding his health condition type of skin and other his health conditions , which may have an effect by attending a Solarium.
It is forbidden to use a Solarium for persons before the age 18, with a red hire, with skin problems (suffering from sun bath), a sensitive skin, persons who has a medical problems (,cancer, are using photo sensitive medicine).
It is not recommended to visit a Solarium if:
It is forbidden to have a sunbath and solarium at the one and a same day.
Visitor has to choose time periods, intervals during a sunbath sessions and types of solarium, a distance from lumps depending on his health conditions by himself. Visitor has to follow the recommendations regarding a duration, time intervals of sunbath and lumps distance.
The duration of a sunbath can not last longer as the minimum of persons erythematic dose (MED). If the erythema appears many hours after a sunbath , the use of a solarium has to be discontinued. The sunbath can be continued after a week, by starting it from the very beginning.
The sensitive skin parts (scars and tattoos) and genitals has to be protected from the solarium impact.
It is recommended before a solarium:
In 48 hours after a first sunbath, use a UV equipment. In a case of side effects indication (for example itching), a medical advice is needed, to continue a sunbath.
A medical advice is needed, if there is an indications of skin tumify, scars or there are indications of changes with a skin pigments.
If there is a necessity to cease a sunbath, a solarium is be switched off by pressing a “stop” or it has to be left.
A special sunglasses has to be applied when using a solarium. Non protected eyes can be affected by an eye irritation.
No more than 52 sunbath sessions can be taken. The intervals between two sunbath sessions has to be at least 48 hours.
The radiation of sun or UV equipment may create irreversible damage of a skin or eyes. It is influenced by notwithstanding either it is a quality, quantity of radiation or a sensitivity of the skin.
The too often application of a sun or UV equipment may stimulate the untimely skin obsolescence and increase a development of the risk of cancer.
It has to be considered, that the floor in a shower room may be wet and slippery and therefore a person has to move about it carefully.
A Person has make assure itself if before using a shower, by opening a tap, a running water is not too hot.
Safety regulations for a Sauna
It is recommended to have a doctors advice before taking a Sauna, in order to evaluate to correspondence of the Visitors health for Sauna services.
Visitor’s have to evaluate his health and other conditions and to choose a respective type of Sauna and timing.
Visitors has to avoid to touch a sauna heating gear.
It is forbidden to regulate a Sauna temperature without a permission of administration.
It is to be considered that the floor in a Sauna room may be wet and slippery and therefore a person has to move about it carefully.
A Person has make assure itself if before using a shower, by opening a tap, a running water is not too hot.
Walking in Sauna premises is allowed only with a clean special footwear.
The Club is not providing Visitors with a laundry kit and swimming dress.
Safety regulations for a Pool
It is recommended to have a doctors advice before taking a Pool, in order to evaluate to correspondence of the Visitors health for Pool services.
Visitor’s have to evaluate his health and other conditions, and to choose a appropriate timing while in the Pool.
It is a Visitor’s duty follow the Coach instructions during the lessons regarding Visitor’s safety, health and life.
If a Visitor misses a session and has not informed the Administration 3 hours before, then the respective session is counted as attended.
Children before 3 years of age are allowed to be in the Pool only under a the parents supervision. Parents are responsible for their children.
It is forbidden to dive in the Pool.
If a Visitor have not yet got a swimming skills, Visitor has to apply a Clubs swimming safety tools and has to avoid those parts of the Pool , where a depth exceeds Visitor’s body length.
It is to be considered that the floor at the Pool and in a shower room may be wet and slippery and therefore a person has to move about it carefully.
A Person has make assure itself if before using a shower, by opening a tap, a running water is not too hot.
