The friendly collective of “Moon” spa had supplemented Agneta Akenonko, the water aerobics’ trainer, swimming skills trainer for children and adults.
At 2006 Agneta had got the bachelor degree of sports scientists at the Latvian Academy of Sports and a qualification of the trainer of swimming. At 2011 she had got the master degree of sports scientists and the qualification of the leader of sports work.
Agneta has good contacts with clients. She looks fragile, but she had been a champion of Latvia many times in the very hard kind of sports- minitriatlon (swimming +cycling + running ). She is a member of water aerobics marathon. She is so lucky in the combination her life and job, because she likes what she do.
Agneta is author of scientist publications, the member of many conferences and congresses. Now she is very interested in the publication her book about the innovative methods and skills with games in the swimming training for the children at age of 5-10. The games are giving great emotionality, developing child’s physically quality, making social integration better.
And now Agneta can help every client to get the correction of carriage in the water and in the hall , and to get the excellent lessons in swimming , because she is a good swimmer and the same good in funny teaching to swim for children and adults! The candidate for the sports pedagogue doctor degree, she has master degree of Latvian University and Leven Catholic University in Belgium.
She is convinced from her family, that real healthy man is only if it is biological, mental and social healthy. And this excellent physiotherapist, pedagogue, lecturer, Methodist of studies and lovely mother and wife has devoted her life for it.
